This Theme is for iOS 8 & higher.
iOS 7 users will have to bundle the icons, sry. :(
Includes 96 icons, 2 wallpapers, 2 zeppelin (used with Zeppelin in Cydia), 1 badge (used with ClassicBadges in Cydia or .deb file on my blog), boot/respring logo, dialer/passcode, signals, wifi, battery, battery charge icon, folder background, weather set.
